Hi, I'm Dan Hale.  Currently residing in Chicago I was born in Indiana, raised in Illinois, New York and New Jersey.  I studied Digital Media at Drexel University for a few years before transferring to the Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD) in Georgia where I received my BFA in Sequential Art in 2006.  Since then I have been published several times and continue to push my artwork to the next level while cultivating my client base.  Working in various industries outside of art, namely real estate and food service, has taught me a lot about working hard and maintaining a professionalism that is second to none.  Drawing comics is hard work, but I would take 12 hour days at my studio over 16 hour days on a train in Alaska any day ( how I spent the summer of 2009).
